Connect to Your Deeper Nature:
Eco Therapy and Mindfulness
for Anxiety and Stress.
Wednesday Mornings 10.00am – 12.30pm 5-week group
Saturday Mornings: 10am – 12.30 4-week group
Where: Byron Bay, NSW
Brisbane, QLD: Sunday once a month: 1pm – 4.30pm
In these nature-based workshops you will have the opportunity to slow down and connect more deeply with nature and yourself. We will be combining the healing powers of nature with mindfulness and art therapies. (No artistic talent is necessary at all). Each week you will learn simple ways to quiet the mind, de-stress, re-charge, find helpful resources and overcome blocks.
The workshops will be in or near a natural setting where there is the opportunity for walks and contemplation. Quality time in nature is even more vital for our mental health and wellbeing nowadays as we are becoming increasingly attached to our devices and disconnected from nature. Through experiencing our inter-connection with nature something shifts and allows us to re-connect to our own deeper nature – our inner knowing and true nature.
Nature is not a place to visit.
It is home.
